Hello from Ya Ya

We revamped our blog!!

We will continue to make tweaks along the way, but we wanted to get back to posting about some great deals. So, here we are!!

Due to the new feel, I wanted to take a moment and re-introduce myself:

I'm Ya Ya and I love to use coupons to build and maintain my household stockpile.

I became a Ya Ya (Grandmother) on March 25, 2011. A bouncing baby boy that I call "Big D" came into my life and reminded me that it's not about the amount of money you have (among other things) but it's about what you do with what you got.

Let me just say, I am not rich by any stretch of an economist's definition.

I have a large family, and now that a grandchild has come into the mix I'm refocusing my attention to living comfortably. After all, the less Ya Ya spends on things she needs, the less she has to work. My stockpile is on it's way to allowing me to fully retire and enjoy my life in ways I never dreamed.

To accomplish my dreams of retiring and living comfortably even in this economy, I will have to have essential items on hand. I know that I can purchase those items at great prices. But, using coupons to maximize my savings has proven to transform my budget and my life.

My stockpile began with a fist full of coupons for items that I would receive for free.

My goal is to show you that you too can build a stockpile and stop having to spend top dollar for the items you use. While my posts will be focused on helping those in my hometown area to realize the savings that I have been able to accomplish, a lot of my posts will help no matter where you are located.

I think it's important to mention, not that age matters to me, that I am a young, hip Ya Ya. I am just 43, OK, I'm 44. I am a freelance writer, and expert content provider with published works found on sites such as eHow, Associated Content, and MerchantCircle. In addition to my writing, I am also employed as part of the Titling Team for Demand Studios.  I've been a stay at home/work at home Mom for over 11 years.

I welcome you to my blog, and hope that you will share it with your friends.

Wishing you Love, Peace and Major Savings!
